The Essentia Health-Moose Lake Foundation is pleased to announce the return of The Gift Goes On—our community campaign to advance high-quality care close to home. This year's campaign will take place from September 18 to 22 and unite individuals, businesses and champions from across Moose Lake in support of patients who are working to regain strength and recover from orthopedic surgeries.

Your generous sponsorship will help fund a new leg extension machine, which has been proven to improve mobility and decrease pain for people rehabilitating from knee and hip surgeries, as well as those living with arthritis and degenerative diseases that impact strength.

Sponsors will receive prominent recognition through a variety of promotions and communications that reach thousands of our Moose Lake neighbors.
