The Essentia Health-Graceville Foundation is pleased to announce the return of The Gift Goes On—our community campaign to advance high-quality care close to home. This year's campaign will take place from September 18 to 22 and unite individuals, businesses and champions from across Graceville to support the well-being of Grace Home residents.

Your generous sponsorship will fund a three-year cable TV subscription in each room and common area throughout Grace Home—helping our community members feel more connected. included upgrades to Grace Homes and support for the patients and families served by our long-term care facility.

Sponsors will receive prominent recognition through a variety of promotions and communications that reach our Graceville neighbors.
